Orders placed before our daily cutoff ship within 24 hours. Compounds are supplied lyophilized and packaged to preserve integrity in transit. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping is $8.50 within the continental US. Orders over $150 ship free. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Storage on arrival

Store lyophilized material as indicated on the product’s Certificate of Analysis. Reconstitute only in an appropriate laboratory setting.

Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
